Laser Brain, Ink. is a print-on-demand store — we don’t keep any products in stock. Every item is printed, embroidered, or otherwise produced specifically for you only after you place your order. Because of this, our refund and returns policy works a little differently than traditional retail, where items can simply be restocked and resold.
Our guarantee
We stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll provide a free reprint or a full refund — no questions asked.

- Items damaged in transit
- Manufacturing defects or printing errors
- Receiving the wrong item
- Missing items from your order
Report any of the above within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What’s not covered
Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Minor size variations of less than an inch from the listed measurements — this is a normal part of the printing process, not a defect
Since custom-printed items can’t be resold or reused once produced, please double-check sizing, color, and personalization details before completing your order.
How to request a refund or replacement
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@laserbrainink.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. In most cases, there’s no need to ship the item back to us. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders typically enter production very quickly after they’re placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change — once an item is in production, we’re no longer able to cancel or modify it.
Shipping
If your order includes multiple types of products, they may be produced at different facilities and could ship separately, sometimes arriving on different days. This is normal for print-on-demand orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
